Knows Beers – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind

We don't offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering — each design is printed to order specifically for you.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll fix it under the Australian Consumer Law. To keep things fast (and avoid you paying return postage), we handle this by photo evidence, not physical return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at theboys@knowsbeers.club
  • Include your order number and clear photos/video showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item (including the garment tag/label where relevant)
  • We assess and respond within 2 business days

We do not require the item to be posted back to us unless we specifically request it.

Depending on the issue:

  • Minor problem (small print defect, minor sizing inconsistency from our printer): we'll offer a reprint/replacement as our first remedy.
  • Major problem (wrong item sent, significantly not as described, unusable): you can choose between a replacement or a refund.

3. What's Not Covered

  • Normal variation in print placement/colour inherent to print-on-demand production (within reasonable tolerance)
  • Items damaged after delivery through wear, washing against care instructions, or misuse
  • Delays caused by carriers once an order has left our fulfilment partner
  • Claims made outside the 14-day reporting window (unless the fault only becomes apparent later, per your ACL rights)

4. Order Errors

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address or size at checkout, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering — we'll try to amend it before production/dispatch begins, but can't guarantee changes once an order enters production.

5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these rights.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a fault covered under the ACL.
